Responsibilities
1.Develop Sales and Build Customer Relationships:
• Contact and visit target customers, such as distributors, contractors, construction consultants, and industrial clients.
• Introduce products and services while offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
2.Sales Process Management:
• manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Plan and schedule customer visits to maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new ones.
• Prepare quotations, coordinate product delivery, and follow up on payment collection.
3.Technical Analysis and Recommendations:
• Provide technical advice on product applications to ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and address technical inquiries from customers.
4.Market Monitoring:
• Analyze competitor activities, including pricing, product features, and marketing strategies.
• Propose new sales plans and strategies to seize market opportunities.
5.Business Development:
• Expand the customer base by developing strong business relationships with partners and distributors.
• Follow up and prepare documents to get products listed on the Approved Vendor List (AVL).
6.Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare sales reports and customer data for management review.
• Collect and analyze market and customer information to support strategic decision-making.
