Sales Engineer

Position: Sales Manager – Thailand (Renewable Energy / Solar & Energy Storage)

Location: Thailand

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Thailand market
• Identify and develop new distributors, partners, and key accounts
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support their business growth
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new opportunities
• Work closely with technical and product teams to support customers and provide solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall regional business growth
• Participate in industry exhibitions, customer visits, and market promotion activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3+ years of sales experience in renewable energy, solar inverter, energy storage, UPS, or power electronics industry
• Strong knowledge of the Thailand energy or solar market is preferred
• Experience working with distributors and channel partners
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English (Thai language is a strong advantage)
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and willing to travel
