Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Thai market in alignment with regional strategies.
  • Engage regularly with prospective and existing customers to support revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and regular on-site visits.
  • Develop new accounts through cold calls, referrals, and networking to strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, handle technical inquiries, and negotiate sales terms.
  • Work independently to achieve sales targets, manage timelines, and drive customer projects to successful completion.
  • Collaborate with customers on design-in activities by providing technical insights and tailored product solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet defined objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer and sales records in Salesforce, including opportunities and account activities.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and workshops to enhance knowledge of market trends, products, and sales techniques.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports outlining achievements, progress toward targets, and key challenges.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to address customer needs and support business goals.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative, a results-oriented mindset, and effective prioritization of high-impact activities.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Electronics components, Electrical industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Valid driving license; having a personal vehicle is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Customer-driven and results-oriented.
  • Aggressive, persistent, proactive and must be a good team player.
  • Disciplined, hardworking and able to perform under pressure.
  • Experience within industries will be a plus.
