Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Bloom company and products category with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Conduct cold-calling and/or store visits to identify and acquire new qualified leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Foster trust relationships with partners to achieve better pricing and quality of services
  • Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver bi-weekly reports on sales performance, market trends, challenges, and valuable insights.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Assist with product development team by generating ideas for product categories that may appeal to customers and boost company sales

Who are we looking for

  • Experience in sales with a proven track record of outperforming competitors.
  • Must be fluent in both Thai & English speaking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, displaying the ability to build and maintain robust business relationships.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills, with a history of consistently surpassing challenging sales targets.
  • Inherent self-motivation and results-oriented approach, showcasing a killer instinct for identifying and seizing opportunities.
  • Knowledge and passion for the cannabis industry, including an understanding of relevant regulations and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with Thai markets and a strong network of contacts within the local cannabis industry is a plus.
