Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling paper box packaging products to existing customers and developing new business opportunities across both industrial clients and small businesses.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that address customer needs, increase sales, and align with the company's overall business plan.
- Negotiate sales terms and prepare appropriate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on orders throughout the entire sales process until completion.
- Introduce new products and provide solutions to any issues that arise during the sales process.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyze sales performance, and present findings to management.
- Coordinate closely with the Production, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Closely monitor sales KPIs and targets to ensure that assigned sales goals are achieved.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Candidates with an educational background in Printing and Packaging Technology will be given special consideration.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in packaging products or industrial products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Strong ability to develop sales strategies and prepare systematic sales reports.
- Able to work well under pressure and achieve assigned KPI targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess intermediate to good English language skills.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Good numerical and calculation skills.
- Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driver's license. Willing and able to travel to other provinces as required.
