Sales Executive

An established pharmaceutical manufacturer is building its commercial team in Thailand and is hiring driven Sales Executives to grow its presence across the hospital, clinic, and institutional channel. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help launch a growing product portfolio in the Thai market.

The Role

You'll promote a broad pharmaceutical portfolio to physicians, pharmacists, and hospital decision-makers across your territory — opening new accounts, driving product adoption, and building the brand from an early stage.

What you'll do

• Detail and promote products to doctors, specialists, and pharmacists across private and government hospitals and clinics
• Open new accounts and drive product listings onto hospital formularies
• Build strong relationships with physicians, procurement, and pharmacy contacts
• Achieve and exceed territory sales targets
• Gather competitor and market intelligence to shape commercial strategy
• Manage your territory and report activity through CRM

What you'll bring

• 2–4 years pharmaceutical sales experience selling to doctors and hospitals in Thailand
• Experience promoting generic / branded-generic products a strong advantage
• Proven ability to open new accounts and win on clinical value and pricing — not just brand recognition
• An existing network among physicians, pharmacists, and hospital contacts
• Bachelor's degree; science, pharmacy, or nursing background preferred
• Good English communication
• Confident, resilient, and comfortable building a territory from the ground up
• Comfortable with travel
