Job Description

Company Description Payso (Pay Solutions) is an omni-channel Payment Services Provider (PSP) supporting ecommerce businesses with seamless payment operations and settlement. The platform integrates with websites and social media to help merchants accept payments easily and securely. As the first Thai PSP, Payso has extensive experience partnering with leading digital technology platforms. The company delivers end-to-end solutions that enable businesses to accept payments conveniently across both online and offline channels. Payso focuses on reliability, innovation, and customer-centric services for the growing ecommerce sector.

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Executive role based in Huai Khwang, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective merchants, present Payso's payment solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through onboarding. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate sales records in CRM systems. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, and monitoring customer satisfaction and account performance. The Sales Executive will stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively position Payso's services in the market.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development within technology, fintech, or ecommerce sectors.
  • Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to explain technical payment solutions in clear terms.
  • Customer relationship skills focused on understanding client needs, providing consultative solutions, and ensuring high levels of service.
  • Comfort working with digital tools such as CRM platforms, online meeting software, and basic data analysis for sales performance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Relevant experience in payment services, financial services, or SaaS solutions is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in Thai and good command of English are beneficial for client and partner communication.
