Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities across Rapaport's services, including trading platforms, information products, and laboratory services. Responsibilities include managing and expanding a portfolio of clients, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and maintaining regular contact to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions. The role involves achieving sales targets, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating terms in line with company guidelines. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams, provide feedback on market trends, and ensure high standards of client service and professional communication.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in diamonds, jewelry, luxury goods, or related industries.
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and client management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of sales pipelines, CRM usage, and basic sales reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, on-site environment in Mumbai.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Knowledge of the diamond and jewelry market, trading platforms, or financial/market data services is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English; additional Indian languages are a plus.
  • High standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric mindset.
