Job Description
- Acquire new sellers: source and onboard new sellers, including both social and corporate sellers.
- Maintain & develop relationships: build and sustain strong relationships with existing sellers, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Support sellers: assist sellers in resolving operational and commercial issues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage payments: oversee and manage timely seller payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor ADO: track and monitor the Average Deal Orders (ADO) for each seller, ensuring performance goals are met.
- Industry trend analysis: study market trends and industry developments to identify new lead opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Demonstrate track record of closing deals and consistently achieving monthly revenue and order targets.
- Sales experience in the express logistics industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- Able to travel to Bangkok office when required.
