About us

Toanoi Co., Ltd. is a small Bangkok company with three brands under one roof at Toanoi House, Sukhumvit 71:

• Toanoi (toanoi.com): handmade bags from vintage Japanese kimono and obi fabric, clothes and Thai souvenirs.
• Colors by Love (colorsbylove.com): personalized jewelry, name necklaces in Thai, English and Japanese script, natural gemstones, made to order in our own workshop.
• Toanoi Jewelry (toanoijewelry.com): our B2B jewelry factory, making custom and private label jewelry for brands and shops worldwide.

The role

We are building a small sales team of 2 to 3 people focused only on selling. You will sell all our products, to businesses (B2B) and to customers (B2C). Each day is different. You will:

• Visit hotels in Bangkok and set up partnerships, gift shop placements and guest offers
• Run pop-up stands at markets, malls, hotels and events
• Get our products into other souvenir shops, gift shops and concept stores
• Find and email new B2B leads: jewelry brands, retailers, corporate gifts, wedding and event planners
• Work with us on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) marketing and turn messages and leads into sales
• Follow every lead to the order, and keep simple records of your pipeline

What we are looking for

• Sales experience, retail or B2B. Hotel, tourism, gifts or jewelry experience is a plus
• You like meeting people, walking in, and asking for the sale
• Good Thai and good English. Japanese or Chinese is a plus
• Comfortable with cold emails, LINE, WhatsApp and social media
• Organized, self-driven, and happy to work toward targets
• Own motorbike or car is a plus
