Job Description

We're Hiring a Sales Manager

Location: Delhi, India

At Atlantic Gate, we're looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth within our SME customer segment. If you thrive on prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals in the logistics and freight forwarding space, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow sales within an assigned geographic territory
  • Prospect, acquire, and develop SME customer relationships
  • Achieve gross profit, volume, and new‑business targets
  • Create and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives
  • Work closely with Operations, Product, Trade, and Customer Service to ensure smooth account onboarding
  • Advise customers with a consultative approach to deliver value‑driven solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting

What You Bring

  • 7–10 years experience in air, sea, or logistics freight forwarding
  • 4–5 years of proven, hands‑on sales success
  • Strong understanding of the local market and competitive landscape
  • Confident negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Fluency in English (local language is a plus)
  • A results‑driven mindset with strong self‑discipline
