We are hiring an experienced, results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to champion the
adoption of One Health Assist corporate wellness packages. Positioned at the mid-
management level, you will be expected to independently secure high-level meetings
with HRs and CHROs. Your primary objective will be to source key contacts, pitch our
wellness solutions to companies of varying scales, and drive rapid, fast-tracked deal
closures directly with executive decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact Sourcing & Prospecting: Actively research, identify, and fetch direct
contact information for Wellness Managers, HR Heads, and CHROs across a wide
range of industries.
• Versatile Corporate Acquisition: Adapt your sales approach to successfully
pitch and convert corporate wellness deals with organizations of all scales,
accommodating vastly different employee sizes.
• Strategic Access & High-Level Engagement: Leverage your mid-management
experience to bypass gatekeepers, secure direct entries into corporate offices,
and host impactful meetings with top HR leadership.
• Accelerated Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate confidently and directly with
top-level management to ensure swift decision-making and fast-track deal
closures for the Wellness Programme.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience Level: 7+ years of rigorous B2B/corporate sales experience,
currently operating at a mid-management level with a strong network of HR
professionals.
• Corporate Penetration: Proven capability to gain rapid entry into corporates
and efficiently navigate organizational hierarchies to reach the true decision-
makers.
• Communication & Persuasion: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion,
and presentation skills, with a knack for creating urgency in the boardroom.
• Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience at Eureka Forbes are
highly preferred, specifically those adept at operating within a tight cost purse
and thriving in a high-activity, target-driven field sales environment.
