Sales Manager – Pan India - Enterprise AI & Digital Solutions

Location: Pune / Mumbai / Bangalore / Kolhapur / Chennai (Travel Required)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Consultant responsible for driving new business acquisition and managing strategic customer relationships across India.

The ideal candidate should possess strong consultative selling skills, enterprise technology understanding, and the ability to engage CXOs in digital transformation conversations. Enterprise IT sales professionals are typically expected to combine relationship-building, consultative solution selling, CRM discipline, and pipeline management to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified enterprise opportunities.
  • Identify new customers across Banking, BFSI, Manufacturing, Government and Large Enterprises.
  • Build CXO-level relationships.
  • Conduct market mapping and account planning.
  • Develop strategic sales pipeline.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Meet CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs and Business Heads.
  • Conduct discovery workshops.
  • Deliver business presentations.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations.
  • Prepare business proposals.
  • Present ROI and business cases.
  • Manage customer negotiations.
  • Close enterprise opportunities.

Sales Management:

  • Maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Forecast monthly pipeline.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports.
  • Track opportunities.
  • Work with OEM partners.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams.
  • Drive proposal submissions.
  • Participate in RFPs/RFIs.
