Summary

You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Sales Manager is responsible to maximise sales and achieve pre-determined targets, working closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Sales Manager in preferably in an international hotel environment.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email correspondence)
Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and customer-focused with professional and courteous service manner.
