Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Thai EV market.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
• Oversee advertising and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the homologation and technical teams to ensure product alignment with customer requirements.
• Responsible for fleet and tender sales from government agencies and corporate clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry, especially Truck business
• Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market in Thailand.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience working in Thailand is a must
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with homologation and technical teams.
• Fluency in Thai and English is essential.
