Career Opportunity: Sales Manager (Thailand)

Location: Thailand

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and business plans in line with company strategy.
  • Drive growth in the company's related productssuch as:TemperatureControllers) by developing new customers and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
  • Collect and analyze market insights, prepare sales reports, and ensure annual sales plans are achieved.
  • Expand target customer groups and deliver on sales targets.
  • Represent the company at local and international exhibitions, building brand visibility and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Engineering, Business, or related fields).
  • Strong customer development and account management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, team player with strong organizational and marketing planning abilities.
  • Good English proficiency (speaking, writing, and presentations).
