Job Description

Responsible for driving business growth in the SEA market by developing new opportunities and strengthening customer relationships in the filling and packaging sector. The role involves managing complex sales cycles, leading strategic negotiations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver competitive and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the SEA market
  • Build and expand the customer portfolio in the beverage filling and packaging sector
  • Contribute to the development and execution of regional commercial strategies

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Engage strategic clients and key accounts to drive long-term partnerships

Sales & Commercial Execution

  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure
  • Lead complex negotiations involving high-value investments
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical, legal, finance, operations) to develop competitive proposals
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies including compliance, data protection, and sustainability standards

Strategic Contribution & Performance

  • Support strategic planning and business development initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and market approach
  • Operate effectively in a multinational, matrix organization

Your Profile / Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Mechanical, Process, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in aseptic technology or technical sales.

Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Strong technical understanding of aseptic processing.
  • Experience in engineering or process technology.

Commercial Skills

  • Experience in cost calculation and quotation work.

Personal Competencies

  • Customer orientation, communication skills, structured working style.
