Job Description

Location: Bangkok (Field + Office)

Note: This is the first Sales Manager hire in the company. We are transiting from a founder-led sales organization to a sales-manager-led sales team.

Goals & Roles Summary:

Fine Food Service is entering its next growth phase and is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager.

This role sits between the Founder and the Sales Team. You will be part of the company's early scaling journey by working closely with the Founder to skyrocket growth together, create future milestones, and launch new products into the market. This is not a role to follow a well-established system; it is a role to build one. This position is for an entrepreneurial leader who sees this as a long-term journey and wants to grow into senior sales leadership as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities:

-Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and translate company revenue goals into clear, actionable sales plans

-Execute the sales strategy to ensure annual targets are achieved

-Define target customer segments and prioritize key accounts

-Set clear activity standards for the team (cold calls, customer visits, proposals, follow-ups)

-Lead, manage, and coach Sales Representatives and Sales Coordinators (primary focus of the role)

-Onboard and train new sales team members

-Recruit and expand the sales team as the business grows

-Conduct weekly sales meetings, one-on-one sessions, and performance reviews

-Identify skill gaps and implement training and coaching plans

-Personally manage strategic and high-value accounts

-Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers (Top 20 accounts)

-Occasionally travel to Phuket to support sales activities and conduct joint customer visits with the team

-Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Founder

-Collaborate closely with the Founder on pricing strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market plans

Who we are looking for:

Must have qualities:

-Proven experience in B2B Sales with direct revenue responsibility

-Experience in managing sales team

-Proven experience managing sales teams using KPIs and performance metrics

-Experienced managing with CRM or structured sales tracking systems

-Strong ability to design sales strategy and execute it

-A hands-on leader who believes in leading from the front on the field with the team, not observing from the office

-Comfortable working in a fast-growing, unstructured environment

-Strong analytical mindset , numbers-driven, not excuse-driven

-Excellent communication skills in Thai and English

-Able to lead difficult conversations and make tough decisions

-Strong sense of ownership thinks like a business owner

Good to have qualities:

-Passionate in Food Service, Hospitality, Luxury, or Premium Products

-Experience scaling a sales team or launching a new product line
