Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive growth in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors. This role focuses on expanding market presence, increasing revenue, and aligning our IT consulting solutions; spanning software development, DevOps, digital transformation, API services, IT infrastructure services, and systems integration with client needs. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful client solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Strategy
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and client engagement to deal closure and handover to delivery teams.
- Execute targeted sales strategies to penetrate the FSI market and achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
Account Management & Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and aligning suitable IT solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular reporting.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and solution positioning for clients.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Collaboration & Solution Alignment
- Work closely with presales, technical, and delivery teams to develop and position competitive solutions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales and delivery for successful project execution.
Market Awareness
- Stay updated on FSI industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide market feedback to enhance sales strategies and solution offerings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably within the FSI sector or System Integrator (SI) environment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
- Experience managing key accounts and engaging with senior stakeholders (Director to C-level).
- Good understanding of FSI solutions such as payments, lending, core banking, cloud, or digital transformation.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a solution-based environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is preferred, and Thai speaking is a must
