Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Focus on developing new clients and following up on large-scale engineering projects in the local market, covering the entire lifecycle of work including needs communication, solution coordination, and contract negotiation.
  • Promote the company's full range of industrial and commercial air conditioning products, achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies and project operations.
  • Cooperate with the headquarters team to complete bidding-related work, with team support in all aspects including bid preparation, bid defense, and contract performance follow-up.
  • Maintain regular communication with overseas business leaders, submit weekly work reports, and coordinate with the China headquarters to complete project approvals and resource applications.
  • Leverage local market resources and industry experience to identify potential business opportunities and build and expand the local customer network.
  • Collaborate with sales assistants and the technical support team to ensure the smooth progress of sales projects and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Fluent in English for daily business communication, project coordination, and reporting; proficiency in local language (Thai) is a plus.
  • Proven ability in client development, project follow-up, and negotiation.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to overseas market demands.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with headquarters and local teams.
  • Minimun 3 years about IT or software industry
