Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangkok for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, developing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with distributors and key accounts. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and working closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee the company's sales strategies, drive growth, and maintain strong client relationships. This full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok involves managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, creating sales plans, and achieving targets. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships with distributors, and providing excellent customer service to achieve market expansion and customer satisfaction.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
Own NSV growth and distribution expansion in B2B (pet specialty, vet, distributors, selected modern trade).
Win listings, negotiate terms, plan & execute trade promotions with ROI discipline.
Drive sell-in/sell-out: store visits, visibility/planograms, trainings.
Manage pipeline & CRM (funnel, visit reports, win/loss); partner with Finance on DSO/collections.
Collaborate with Supply/Logistics on forecasts (OTIF) and with Marketing on campaigns.
Track competition and prices; build business cases for new SKUs/channels.
Profile
5+ years B2B sales in FMCG/Pet in Thailand; strong network in pet/vet/distributors.
Proven success in listings, distribution expansion, and promotion ROI.
Fluent Thai and good business English; frequent travel; valid driver's license.
Plus: modern trade exposure (Lotus's/Big C/Makro) and e-commerce coordination (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok).
