Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Manager to join our team to develop Miki Plus in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in travel sales and the ability to work independently while fostering strong relationships with travel agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Miki Plus brand and services to travel agencies in Thailand.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Acquire business and follow the complete sales cycle for leisure group travel business.
  • Possess the technical ability to explain technology solutions. ability to leverage them to drive online adoption and sales growth.
  • Manage and expand relationships with travel agencies to build trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. Drive sales growth particularly in the FIT and mini group.
  • Identify new market opportunities and create innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 years with relevant experience in sales or business development, knowledge with a focus on FIT, mini-groups or MICE. Relevant exposure in the OTA sales environment will have an added advantage.
  • Mature, dynamic, positive, and highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A team player with an outgoing personality and a passion for the travel industry.
  • Proven ability to develop trust and partnerships with trade partners.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
