Job Description – Closing Manager (Channel Partner Sales)

Position: Closing Manager

Department: Channel Partner Sales

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 4–8 Years (Real Estate Sales experience preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Closing Manager to lead the sales closure process for leads generated through the Channel Partner network. The role involves coordinating with Channel Partners, customers, internal sales teams, CRM, and finance to ensure seamless conversions from site visit to booking. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, customer handling expertise, and a proven track record in residential real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive closures for customer leads generated through Channel Partners.
  • Coordinate with Channel Partners from enquiry to booking to ensure a smooth sales journey.
  • Conduct customer meetings, project presentations, and negotiations.
  • Address customer objections and recommend suitable inventory based on requirements.
  • Work closely with the developer's sales, CRM, finance, and legal teams to expedite bookings.
  • Ensure timely collection of booking forms, KYC documents, and booking amounts.
  • Track site visits, follow-ups, and booking status through the CRM.
  • Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Mentor and guide Sourcing Executives on customer conversion strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and closure reports to management.
  • Monitor inventory availability and recommend units based on customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage).
  • 4–8 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably handling Channel Partner business.
  • Proven experience in closing high-value residential transactions.
  • Strong network within the Bengaluru real estate market is preferred.

  • Monthly and quarterly booking value achieved.
  • Conversion rate from site visit to booking.
  • Revenue generated through Channel Partner business.
  • Average sales cycle (site visit to booking).
  • Collection of booking amounts within defined timelines.
