Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with strong experience in Automotive OEM & Tier 1 account handling in the Electronics / EV components industry. The role involves driving business growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding into new markets. Customer visits for new product launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in OEM & Tier 1 segments
• Manage key accounts: Bajaj Auto, TVS, Hero MotoCorp, Honda, Mahindra, MSIL, Kawasaki etc.
• Develop new business opportunities in EV (Motor & Controller), Electronics, and electrical components
• Handle customer relationships, negotiations, and commercial discussions
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer interaction on specific issues if any.
• Conduct regular customer visits and engagement
• Prepare Management presentations & Report presentations
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Automotive OEM & Tier 1 customer handling
• Knowledge of Incoterms, LTA, GPA, commercial agreements
• Hands-on expertise in:
• MS Excel (advanced preferred)
• PowerPoint & presentations
• MIS & reporting tools
• Exposure to export sales / international business is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills

Education

• BE / B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical (Mandatory)/Mechanical is also ok if relevant experience.
• MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
