Responsibilitie

Sales Manager – Training Solutions (B2B)

The Blacksmith (a PRTR Group company) | Onsite/Workshop & E-Learning Training Services

• Drive B2B sales growth by identifying, hunting, and closing new corporate clients for onsite/workshop and e-learning training solutions, consistently achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Engage with HRD and Management stakeholders to understand client training needs, pain points, and organizational development goals
• Design tailored training solutions by translating client requirements into proposals that combine onsite, workshop, and e-learning formats
• Proactively hunt new business through cold calling, outreach, networking, and lead generation to build a strong sales pipeline
• Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction to drive repeat business and upselling/resell opportunities
• Track and report sales performance against targets, providing accurate forecasts and pipeline updates to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales or Business Development role in Training Service or Education services
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skill
• CRM experience is prefered
