The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Roledsmarket presence within the assigned region. This role involves managing partner and distributor relationships, securing significant project wins, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the lighting industry, a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the lighting ecosystem in their country of operation, and excellent communication skills in English.
. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the lighting and lighting fixtures sector.
. Partner and Distributor Management:
Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with partners and distributors.
Evaluate and onboard new partners to strengthen Roleds&apos market presence.
. Project Management and Business Development:
Lead efforts to secure major projects with government entities, private organizations, and key stakeholders.
Present compelling proposals and solutions to clients, showcasing the value of Roleds&apos products.
. Market Analysis and Reporting:
