We Are Hiring: Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager (Leisure Market)

We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to join our team and oversee the Leisure market for our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop leisure market segments to achieve sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and key partners

Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and market activities

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Work closely with internal teams to maximize revenue opportunities

Qualifications:

Minimum 12 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of the leisure market

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

Good command of English (spoken and written)
