We Are Hiring: Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager (Leisure Market)

We are currently looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to join our team and oversee the Leisure market for our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop leisure market segments to achieve sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and key partners

• Plan and execute sales strategies, promotions, and market activities

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Work closely with internal teams to maximize revenue opportunities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment

• Strong knowledge of the leisure market

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

• Good command of English (spoken and written)
