Sales Manager
Business : Solar Cell
Responsibilities
1. Plan sales for Solar Cell and manage the work to achieve the target
2. Take care of and give advice to the Sales Team including Area Sales in the area
3. Solve problems, facilitate customers and the team to create sales to meet the target
4. Meet customers in the area of responsibility to create connections and create opportunities to increase sales5
. Report monthly performance results and develop sales channels that are appropriate and consistent with the customer group
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration
. Have sales experience and held the position of Manager or Assistant Sales Manager for at least 3 years
. Have experience in taking care of sales representatives or opening new representatives (Dealer) will be given special consideration
. Have presentation skills and have a sense of negotiation
. Have a good vision for work and can work well with the team
