Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of sales, including pre-sales, active sales, and post-sales to foster strong client relationships.

• Oversee Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) reports, monitoring market trends and budgets to manage stock effectively.
• Coordinate logistics with third-party providers for shipments and collaborate with headquarters on returns and documentation.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to support product lifecycle management and operational efficiency.
• Identify and propose improvements for process inefficiencies, contributing to audit preparations as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B environments, with a focus on manufacturing, electronics, or FMCG distribution.
• Proven experience in both client management and order fulfillment processes.
• Proficiency in data management tools, including MS Office.
