Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operation Executive to support our dynamic sales team in a fast-paced brokerage environment. This role will coordinate between the sales team and internal departments, assist with client seminars and events, and support sales-related operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Thai and English, excellent organizational ability, and a service oriented mindset, with the ability to work closely with global teams in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination
- Provide daily operational support to the sales team, especially the Sales Director.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Claims) to resolve requests and issues.
- Act as a key contact point for internal communication and updates.
- Attend internal meetings and prepare meeting summaries and key action points for the Sales Director.
Meeting Coordination & Global Communication
- Participate in meetings with internal departments and global teams when required.
- Take meeting minutes, summarize key discussion points, and follow up on action items.
- Support the Sales Director by preparing English summaries, reports, and
- communication materials for coordination with international teams.
- Facilitate clear communication between local sales teams and global stakeholders.
Claim Management & Reporting
- Support sales staff with equipment or tool claims by coordinating with the Sales Support and Claims Team.
- Prepare weekly reports and summarize key issues from sales meetings for management.
Seminar & Event Support
- Assist in organizing online and oline seminars, including event preparation and logistics.
- Coordinate with speakers/trainers and support event execution.
- Assist in preparing event proposals and materials.
Communication Support
- Translate English communications for team members when required.
- Summarize key English updates to ensure the sales team stays informed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support / Sales Operations / Coordination roles.
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English, with the ability to work in an international business environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Oice, Google Workspace, and social media tools.
- Basic content creation or video editing skills is a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
