About the Company

About the Role

This position is primarily responsible for coordinating with the headquarters to promote the local sales of WEGO Medical products.

Responsibilities

  • International Market Development & Performance Delivery: Align with the company's strategic objectives, pinpoint target international markets, and drive the achievement of individual sales targets through innovative marketing strategies and integrated resource allocation.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Accurately identify customer core needs, continuously enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and consolidate stable long-term cooperative partnerships.
  • Diversified Customer Development & Channel Operation: Fully leverage diversified channels (including B2B platforms, digital marketing, international exhibition brand showcasing, and on-site client visits) to build a multi-dimensional customer development network and sustainably expand international customer resources.
  • Localized Market Penetration & Business Expansion: Deepen integration into target markets via on-site visits or long-term assignments at overseas branches, and promote the smooth implementation of localized business operation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with an overseas education background.
  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience in the medical device industry, with solid familiarity with local market dynamics.
  • Proficient in international business rules and practices; working experience in multinational medical device enterprises is highly preferred.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

  • Possesses sharp market acumen and strong adaptability, capable of quickly integrating into new working environments and market scenarios.
  • Has a strong sense of teamwork, excels in efficient collaboration within cross-cultural teams, and can work together to promote the achievement of business goals.
