SALES SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Promote and sell the company's food products to existing and new customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, orders and sales-related matters.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely delivery or collection.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support the company's sales growth.
• Prepare sales records, reports and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Assist with promotional activities and other sales-related duties assigned by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE O-Level / Diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates with sales, retail, food & beverage or customer service experience are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and responsible attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Able to handle sales targets and customer enquiries professionally.
• Relevant experience in the food industry will be an advantage.
