Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Bangkok. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company's aluminium formwork products and services to prospective clients. Key tasks include actively identifying opportunities in the construction sector, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and providing ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential business opportunities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in the construction industry or working with formwork systems is an advantage
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or BOQ preparation is a plus
