Hiring: SAP Analytics Lead – BW/4HANA | Native HANA | BDC

We are looking for an experienced SAP Analytics Lead with strong expertise in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Native HANA to lead enterprise analytics, data transformation, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP BW/4HANA modeling, development, architecture, and analytics solutions.
• Design and optimize SAP Native HANA Calculation Views, SQL logic, and performance.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Prepare FSD, FMD, and TSD documentation.
• Integrate SAP data with Azure Data Lake and drive end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with business teams across OTC, FTS, RTR, and MTD processes.
• Lead cross-functional BW, HANA & Azure technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder communication, estimation, planning, and delivery.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and reporting standards.
