SAP Change Consultant

SAP S/4HANA Deployment Consultant (6-Month Contract) Hybrid

Location: Thailand (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Deployment Consultant to support a business transformation program. This role bridges process design, system deployment, change management, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption across the business.

• Map current-state business processes to future-state SAP S/4HANA processes.
• Coordinate between business SMEs, deployment teams, change managers, and training teams.
• Support deployment planning, organizational readiness, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Provide best-practice guidance on SAP deployment and business adoption.
• Help drive end-user training and change initiatives.
  
  

• Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation and deployment experience.
• Proven track record leading at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation.
• Experience across one or more of the following process areas:
  • OTC (Order to Cash)
  • P2P (Procure to Pay)
  • R2R (Record to Report)
  • PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
