Job Title: SAP EWM Key User / Business Process Specialist

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Work Mode: 100% Onsite

Employment Type: Contract – 12 Months

Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP EWM Business User / Key User with strong hands-on experience in warehouse operations and SAP EWM processes. The candidate will support business operations, process improvements, testing, and coordination with SAP/IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day SAP EWM business processes and warehouse operations.
• Act as a key user between business teams and SAP/IT teams.
• Support process testing, UAT and issue resolution.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and user guides.
• Support SAP EWM implementation, enhancement or rollout activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and other business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SAP EWM experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management and logistics processes.
• Experience as an SAP EWM Key User, Business User, Super User or Process Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM transactions and business processes.
• Experience in UAT/testing, issue resolution and process improvement.
• SAP S/4HANA EWM experience is preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Bangkok for the 12-month contract.
