SAP Finance Specialist & Controlling Consultants (All Levels)

Our client is expanding our Finance & Accounting practice and hiring across multiple levels — from Senior Analyst and Consultant/Team Lead to Associate Manager and Manager.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, configure, analyze, and optimize SAP solutions across specialized Finance & Controlling processes
• Conduct Business Process Analysis to identify gaps, improve processes, and translate business requirements into SAP solutions
• Support or lead SAP implementation and transformation projects
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Controlling, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure SAP solutions align with business requirements, financial standards, compliance, and long-term transformation objectives
• Drive process improvements across areas such as profitability management, financial consolidation, cost controlling, cash management, joint venture accounting, and lease management
• (Team Lead / Manager level) Lead project workstreams, provide functional guidance, mentor team members, and manage stakeholder relationships
• (Manager level) Provide strategic functional expertise and support end-to-end delivery of specialized SAP Finance solutions

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience working with SAP Finance, SAP CO, or specialized SAP Finance modules
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, controlling, profitability, consolidation, treasury, or specialized accounting processes
• Proven experience in Business Process Analysis, SAP implementation, configuration, or transformation projects
• Experience with one or more areas such as SAP PaPM, Group Reporting, COPC, Cash Management, JVA, Contract & Lease Management / RE-FX
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Willingness to work full-time, 100% onsite in Bangkok
