SAP Lead

Role Overview

Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP Supply Chain Management solutions with a focus on Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and logistics execution. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners to deliver scalable and standardized solutions aligned with global business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and process design activities across warehouse, inventory, logistics, and materials management functions.
• Drive adoption of global template processes and identify localization requirements where applicable.
• Coordinate solution integration with procurement, manufacturing, finance, logistics, and external applications.
• Lead configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Oversee SCM-related enhancements, interfaces, reports, data migration, and process improvements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and project teams.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP Supply Chain Management implementation experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP EWM and/or SAP WM.
• Experience with SAP MM-IM and broader inventory management processes.
• Exposure to SAP Transportation Management (TM) is highly advantageous.
• Minimum two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics execution, and supply chain processes.
• Experience integrating SAP solutions with external systems and enterprise applications.
• Proven track record leading business workshops and stakeholder engagements.
