Job Title: SAP PP/QM Key User / Business Process Specialist

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Work Mode: 100% Onsite

Employment Type: Contract – 12 Months

Job Summary

We are looking for an SAP PP/QM Business User / Key User with hands-on experience in production planning and quality management processes. The candidate will support business operations, testing, process improvements, and coordination with SAP/IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day SAP PP and QM business processes.
• Act as a key user between business teams and SAP/IT teams.
• Support UAT, testing, issue resolution and process validation.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and user guides.
• Support SAP PP/QM implementation, enhancement or rollout activities.
• Coordinate with production, quality, manufacturing and other business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of SAP PP and/or QM experience.
• Strong understanding of production planning and/or quality management processes.
• Experience as an SAP PP/QM Key User, Business User, Super User or Process Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP/QM business processes.
• Experience in UAT/testing, issue resolution and process improvement.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Bangkok for the 12-month contract.
