SAP Project Manager (Management Level)
Experience Required: 7–10 years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee SAP and enterprise application projects to ensure delivery within the defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop project plans and monitor the progress of each workstream, including managing project risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with Business Users, SAP Functional teams, SAP Technical teams, Infrastructure teams, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage projects involving SAP and integrated touchpoint applications, such as PIM, POS, WMS, E-Commerce, Loyalty, Middleware, Payment, Business Intelligence, and other enterprise systems.
- Establish project governance and facilitate Steering Committee meetings, project status meetings, and executive progress reviews.
- Manage change requests, scope changes, and project documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
- Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and vendor performance to ensure compliance with contracts and service-level agreements.
- Support the preparation of business cases, project charters, project plans, and executive presentations.
- Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members within the SAP Operations Team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in project management.
- At least 3–5 years of experience managing enterprise application projects involving SAP and/or non-SAP systems.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience in vendor and outsourcing management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Good command of English, with the ability to conduct meetings and prepare professional documentation in English.
