SAP Project Manager/PMO SAP

SAP Practice & Delivery Leadership

• Lead and manage SAP consulting teams (permanent staff and contractors), with team sizes up to 50+ resources.
• Act as Project Director / Steering Committee member for large-scale SAP and enterprise transformation programs.
• Ensure delivery excellence across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and integrated non-SAP solutions.
• Provide senior advisory on SAP solution design, delivery methodology, risk management, and governance.

Pre-Sales & Go-To-Market

• Lead SAP pre-sales engagements, including solution shaping, bid strategy, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Partner with sales, solution architects, and infrastructure/cloud/security teams to deliver end-to-end offerings.
• Support account management activities, including opportunity identification and client relationship management.
• Engage with SAP ecosystem partners and vendors to strengthen strategic alliances.

Client & Industry Engagement

• Act as executive sponsor and trusted advisor for strategic enterprise clients.
• Provide guidance across industries including manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, food & beverage, insurance, cement, electronics, and regional/global rollouts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across SAP and non-SAP platforms for existing clients.

Governance & Program Management

• Oversee complex, multi-country and multi-workstream SAP programs.
• Ensure projects are delivered aligned with scope, timeline, quality, and financial targets.
• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks and PMO best practices.
• Guide program managers and projects lead on delivery standards and escalation management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology, and related fields.
• Over 20+ years experience in SAP consulting, enterprise applications, and supply chain systems.
• Proven leadership experience as SAP Practice Lead / Business Unit Lead / SAP Director / Senior Manager.
• Experience leading large SAP implementation and rollout programs, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong background in P&L ownership, budgeting, and business operations.
• Deep hands-on and leadership exposure to SAP modules, Business Technology Platform, Business Data Cloud, SAP Ecosystem Solution and SAP integration landscapes.
• Exposure to AI, automation, chatbots, and emerging digital technologies within enterprise solutions.
• SAP certifications to be advantageous.
• Fluent English Communication.
