Position: SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Team Lead
Responsibilities:
- Study, analyze, and design proposed information systems to ensure efficient business operations. Provide expert consultation on system features and business processes necessary for developing the proposed system in accordance with the designed blueprint.
- Work Planning & Delegation: Plan, schedule, and delegate tasks to the team.
- Monitoring & Tracking: Supervise and monitor project progress and team performance against timelines and objectives.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of team members.
- Resource Management: Manage and allocate project resources (personnel, budget, time) effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Define and implement strategies for resolving project-related issues and challenges.
- Solution Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the delivered solution meets business requirements and technical standards.
- Integration Management: Oversee and manage all system integration points and activities.
- Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership to guide and motivate the team towards project success.
- Communication & Presentation: Utilize excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues.
- Negotiation: Employ effective negotiation skills in discussions with stakeholders and team members.
- Business Acumen: Possess a deep understanding of business processes, particularly in sales and distribution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team lead role for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP SD or S/4HANA Sales and Distribution software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously (multi-tasking).
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- SAP S/4HANA certification is a strong plus.
