We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions, enabling organizations to optimize their HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance Management, and Learning Management.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors applications.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure proper utilization of the system.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other business systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and consulting.
- Strong knowledge of various SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management.
- Experience with SAP integration tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in data migration, data mapping, and data validation processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.
