Responsibilities:
Calendar & Daily Operations Management:
- Manage and prioritize complex executive calendars, coordinating daily meetings, appointments, and routine business activities with accuracy and foresight.
- Align daily schedules with transportation and logistical needs to ensure time efficiency.
Domestic & International Travel Coordination:
- Plan and manage complete travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas, and detailed schedules.
- Ensure all arrangements are efficient, cost-effective, compliant with policy, and aligned with business priorities for both executives and Function-related needs.
Visits & Hospitality Arrangements:
- Lead end-to-end logistics for visiting executives, including agenda planning, preparation of meeting rooms, venue coordination, and hospitality arrangements.
- Curate welcome kits, greeting cards, and culturally appropriate items to elevate the visitor experience.
Business Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare, refine, and organize high-quality presentations, reports, technical documents, and business materials.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources to support decision-making across the Functions.
- Draft correspondence and internal communications as needed.
Expense & Financial Administration:
- Manage Travel & Entertainment (T&E) submissions for executives, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
- Support financial administration for Function-related activities when required.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Internal Support:
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to support planning, preparation, and follow-up of meetings, reviews, and Function-level events.
- Manage catering, hospitality, and logistics for internal meetings.
- Build strong relationships with Functions stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- University Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in secretarial with multinational company.
- Fluent level of English and Thai (both written and spoken).
- Good organization, great time management and ability to act without guidance.
- Knowledge/agility in MS Office tools

Contract Duration: 1 year (under Adecco extendable based on performance)
Working days: Mon Fri (8.30 17.30 hrs.)
Location: Bhiraj at EmQuatier (BTS Phromphong)
Salary: 40,000 60,000 baht/month (based on skill and experience)
