Section Manager Global Sourcing Performance Control & Business Solution

Key Responsibility:

1.Performance Management & Analytics

• Monitor, analyze, and report global sourcing KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, and operational efficiency) to support data-driven decision-making.

2.Cost Optimization & Control

• Develop and implement cost control frameworks, identify saving opportunities, and track procurement financial performance against targets.

3.Business Solution Development

• Design and enhance tools, dashboards, and systems to improve procurement visibility, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

4.Process Improvement & Governance

• Standardize and continuously improve sourcing processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and global procurement standards.

5.Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.

6.Supplier Performance Management

• Establish performance tracking mechanisms, conduct supplier evaluations, and support improvement initiatives.

7.Data & System Management

• Ensure data integrity across procurement systems and drive automation or digitalization initiatives.

8.Project Management

• Lead cross-functional projects related to sourcing performance improvement and business solutions delivery.

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Food Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• At least 7–10 years as Buyer or related role, with a focus on international sourcing and supplier management.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics, trade regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, organizational, project management and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong ethical and compliance orientation.
