Senior 3D Experiential Designer

As we grow our regional creative team, we're looking for a Senior 3D Artist based in Thailand who understands this distinction - and brings clarity of thinking with precision in craft.

This role is for someone with strong spatial intelligence and refined design sensibility, who takes ownership in translating ideas into environments that hold up in the real world.

What You'll Do

• Develop high-quality 3D visuals and production-ready artwork
• Translate concepts into spatial layouts and environments
• Produce presentation-ready renders and walkthroughs
• Collaborate closely with creative, production, and project teams
• Ensure designs are aligned with technical feasibility and build requirements
• Refine work with precision and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience (creative agencies or advertising)
• Strong portfolio in exhibitions, event environments, pop-ups and experiential design
• Ability to translate concepts into compelling 3D visualisations and final production artwork
• High proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent)
• Ability to produce refined, presentation-ready renderings
• Understanding of how designs translate into real-world experiences, with consideration for audience flow and interaction
• Confident working within AI-assisted design workflows
• Think beyond decoration and understand brand environments
• Have strong form, proportion and spatial awareness
• Precise, disciplined and detail-oriented
• Take ownership from concept through execution
• Available online during Singapore office hours
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) for professional collaboration
