Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare customer billing, and manage income payments, prepare receipts for customer
• Process vendor invoices and staff claims
• Prepare monthly sales report
• Prepare monthly sales reconciliation
• Prepare monthly tax filing both VAT, PND, withholding tax, CIT and other statutory filing obligations
• Communicate with local bank/audit firm/tax authorities and other departments for the finance, audit, tax, and other administrative topics
• Cooperate/communicate with HQ accounting team to ensure the smooth process of all accounting procedures
• Cooperate with HQ accounting, local management and responsible of the Budget, Business Planning and Cash Flow Management
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested and/or assigned
Requirements
• Min 5 years finance/accounting experience in related field
• Possess bachelor's degree in accounting or finance / ACCA or equivalent
• Have strong communication and A team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently
• Good command of English is a MUST
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
