Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounts Payable:
- Record for purchasing and all payments.
- Prepare payment application form which relate to accounting.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Issue sales invoices, billing, and receipts.
- Record all sales invoices and receipts on Express Program.
- Financial Report:
- Perform tax filing both Input Tax and Output Tax including P.P30, P.N.D.3, P.N.D.53, and P.N.D.54.
- Prepare necessary documentation of tax authorities and ensure timely filling.
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Accounting.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Able to use Express Program or related Accounting programs.
- Knowledge and Experience about import-export document, inventory control, fixed asset system
- Fair English Communication Skill or above.
- Honesty, Fast Learning, Enthusiasm, Adaptability
