Role Description The Senior Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Prawet district. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, month-end and year-end closings, and account reconciliations. The Senior Accountant prepares financial statements and management reports, supports budgeting and forecasting activities, and monitors cash flow and working capital. The role includes overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate cost allocation for manufacturing operations, and maintaining compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. The Senior Accountant also collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports internal and external audits, and recommends process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in financial accounting, including general ledger management, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience with management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a manufacturing or product-focused environment.
• Knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as advanced skills in spreadsheet and data analysis tools.
• Ability to interpret and analyze cost structures, inventory valuation, and margin performance in a production setting.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance, operations, and leadership teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Several years of progressive accounting experience, including senior or supervisory responsibilities; experience in jewelry, watch, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
