Senior Accounting and Controlling Officer (External)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Drive and support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions, across the China and Thailand regions to enhance process efficiency and operational excellence.
2. Partner closely with Sales Department to analyze business performance, provide financial insights, and support strategic decision-making as a trusted business partner.
3. Prepare the Enterprise Service Model (ESM) to establish and optimize shared service accounting processes and transaction recording activities.
4. Coordinate with suppliers and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely collection, verification, and processing of VAT documentation in compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
5. Support accounting, controlling, and compliance-related projects, as well as undertaking additional assignments and special initiatives as delegated by management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management, or related fields.
2. Good command of English, both written and spoken
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
4. Knowledge of Copilot, Generative AI, or related digital technologies is an advantage.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
